Department Name Change

The Jewish War Veterans of the U.S.A. 129th National Convention was held in Atlantic City, NJ the week of August 8, 2024. During the September 10 meeting, a motion was passed to change the name of the department from Department of Maryland to Department of Maryland, D.C., and Israel. The department now has purview over Post 692 in D.C. and Post 180 (U.S. military veterans living...) in Israel.
